Managing patient forms at all locations

  • Sending the patient information forms

Medical records retention

  • Down loading the date of service records and sending the same to attorney’s office, insurance, patients, confirmation of the receipt by all through calls/ email.

Scrubbing appointments

  • All the booked appointments will be scrubbed for initial intake + verification and will be updated. Will ensure all booked patients are updated in eligibility verification and prior authorization sheets.

Managing Imaging data

  • Down loading of images from the portal and convert them into jpeg files and send the same through email to providers, insurance and attorneys offices.

End of the Day report

  • A detailed task oriented report will be run at the end of the day and shall be updated in the software; and email of the same to be sent to relevant stake holders.
